Combustion is Marcelo Baldin’s alias for sound design and music composition. This site holds his body of work in this area. All credits are given in each project for those involved in the visual production.
Marcelo Baldin is a multi-disciplinary professional, working in the advertising, design and music scenes. These last 10 years Marcelo has worked in several different places, from small studios to big advertising agencies, in São Paulo, Paris and Milan, also working fulltime remotely to Chicago and New York.
As musician, he works with Omega Code, a up-and-coming project based in Sao Paulo, already being managed by Base2, same management of Sepultura, the biggest brazilian metal band. Marcelo is also endorsed by Steinberg Technologies, and signed artist by the german label Hymen Records.
He currently lives in Sao Paulo, working in his own design studio, Maël, along with sound design projects and music.
